Where To Park

Crown Center is located in the heart of Kansas City at 2450 Grand Blvd.

Accessibility for Guests with Disabilities

The entire Crown Center complex, including the retail center and both hotels, is handicapped-accessible. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available at Customer Service on Level 2 of the Crown Center Shops. Handicapped-accessible parking is available on Levels 2A and 3A of the Crown Center Shops parking garage. Two parking spaces for oversized vans are available on the 25th Street entrance to the parking garage on the east side of Grand (by The American). Additionally, two handicapped parking spaces are available on Grand Boulevard, near the Grand Boulevard entrance of the Crown Center Shops. The Grand Boulevard entrance is also handicap van accessible.

Validation

Two hours of free parking is available in our retail parking garage for all guests with a validation slip from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. You can get another three hours for free when you have $50 or more in same-day receipts from any Crown Center shop or restaurant. Show your receipts at Crown Center Customer Service during shop hours and receive your five-hour validation slip. Only one validation slip is accepted in the payment kiosk. (Please note: receipts are not accepted at the parking gate – so be sure to get your validation slip at Customer Service before leaving.)

Exiting the Garage

When you are ready to leave the garage, take your parking ticket and validation slip to any pay-on-foot kiosk or garage exit station and follow these four easy steps:

Insert your parking ticket
Scan your parking validation slip, only one validation slip is accepted
Pay any balance amount due
If using a pay-on-foot kiosk, remove your validated parking ticket, proceed to the garage exit and insert your validated ticket in the exit station

If you don’t have a validation slip, standard parking rates apply. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.

0–1/2 hour: $7
½–1 hour: $11
1–2 hours: $12
2–3 hours: $13
3–4 hours: $14
4-5 hours: $15
5–6 hours: $16
6-10 hours: $25
10-24 hours: $29
Lost Ticket Charge: $29

Bus Parking:

Bus parking is available along Warwick Trafficway between 26th and 27th Streets, as well as along McGee Street Trafficway north of 26th Street. Download this map for more information.

Chevy Bolt:

Only Chevy Bolts that have completed the battery recall and update process with GM are permitted in Crown Center parking garages. The "Chevrolet Certified Battery Update" sticker must be displayed.

Electric Vehicle Charging:

The Energy Clean Charge Network consists of more than 1,000 electric vehicle charging stations. The Crown Center complex is home to 22 stations that will serve 44 electric vehicles.

Pershing Office Garage, 3 stations, Gold Level near 2460 Elevators
The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center, 3 stations, Orange Level
2301 McGee/Sheraton Kansas City at Crown Center Hotel Garage, 3 stations, Lobby Level
2600 Grand Garage, 3 stations, Level P2

Additional stations are located in the 2575 Warwick Garage (Level 1) and the Hallmark Employee Garage.
